Clear diarrhea

I have bulimia and I have been experiencing mucusy bowel movements over the last week, severe nausea over the past three days accompanied with extreme pressure and moderate to severe pain in the upper abdomen just below the sternum. I have been drinking a lot of water over the past two days, and I can't seem to keep any solid food down for the past 24 hours. My urine is clear. My skin is somewhat clammy, The pain/ pressure in my abdomen worsens when I lay down or lean certain ways. I am having gas, and I have to stretch my abdomen out in order to burp. I have also had egg-smelling flatulence and burping. Now, every time I take a drink of water I almost immediately feel as though I have to defecate, however, when I go to do so, the only thing that comes out is a clear semi-frothy liquid that looks similar to saliva. What could be causing this and what should I do about it?
