pinching in my belly button

i usually get pinching in my bellybutton from last 3,4 months it start pinching for few hours or few days then stop i m usually regular in my period but this month my date goes up almost 8 days i was thinking that i was pregnent but it again start pinching in my bellybutton and after few hours my period start n my bleeding is also less then my regular periods kindly tell me whts is the problem why this pinching is happening to me........and is because of that i m not getting pregnent. my age is 24 years nad its almost 1 year to my marriage.
